Belt
Made from a single piece of webbing, with one of the ends finished off with a steel end toggle, which will be used to regulate its length. This is a pressure type toggle, with claws or clamp for adjustment.
It has a steel plate loop that slide along the webbing and is used to fix the surplus part of the belt.
The other end hold the buckle, is fastened with three rivets, with heat-smelted edges to avoid fraying. The buckle and closure are made of steel.
Belt measurements as follows:
Harness: Length: 1,300 mm.
Width: 55 mm.

Strap
It is made up of eight parts, distributed in the following way:
– A double triangular piece, with rounded points that join the front-back unit.
– Two pieces that go over the shoulders.
– Other pieces that go from each of the previous ones to join with the belt.
– One that goes from the triangular piece to the back.
– Two that go from this last piece to join with the belt.
All the metallic pieces and accessories shaped as shown as photo design. All the seams are strongly sewn with safety stitching. The seams is “French” type.
The triangular piece measure 160mm along each side.
The two tapes that originate and measure 650mm long and 25mm wide. They are shaped as in the attached design and there are elastic tabs on this to gather up the surplus. The end that is joined to the adjustable buckle hemmed in such a way. The tape that starts from the back of the triangular piece has a useful length of 300mm and is 25mm wide. It has a 20-22 mm elastic loop to gather the surplus material.
The end that is joined to the adjustable buckle is hemmed to prevent the adjusting tapes of the belt from coming out of this; the other end is joined to the belt adjusting tapes.
The tapes that are joined to the belt on the back part are made from a single piece; the ends is hemmed and they have closures and joined to the back tape forming a “V” joining this at the point, with a strong “French” type seam, with a useful length of its free ends of 150mm.
