Short Description:

The fabric is 92% comb cotton 8% polyamide rip-stop fabric, with anti-bacterial treatment and IR treatment. Weight is 210gsm. Printing camouflage for Italy military.

The uniform is formed by a tunic and a pair of trousers.

The tunic has the following elements: fronts, back, yoke, collar, sleeves and pockets, also inner adjustment and support for identification tape.

The front and back part, are made from a single piece of fabric, Collar is straight made from a double layer fabric with a line of coverstitching from the edge. The sleeve which is closed and joined to the fronts, back and yoke by a loaded seam or a two-needled closing machine.The bottom of the sleeve finished off with an interfaced, double-fabric cuff, It is closed using a button and buttonhole. At elbow height and (110 ± 5) mm from the bottom of the sleeves (cuff included) a rectangular patch attached for reinforcement,The fronts have two symmetrical pockets (one on each one), attached by overstitching around the edge and finished off with bar tacks on the upper sides. They have a 25º slant with respect to the horizontal.Along the opening, have a hem measuring (20 ± 2) mm on which a piece of “velcro” type fabric or similar, looped part, positioned on the entire width of the outside, measuring (20 ± 2) mm high.

It is closed using straight double-fabric flaps, measuring (40 ± 2) mm high, sewn to the fronts by oversitching around the perimenter and (5±1) mm from the edge. The inside of these flaps will have a piece of “velcro” type fabric or similar (hooked side) sewn along its entire length and width.

They will be patch type pockets with two vertical pleats that are (20 ± 2) mm deep each, positioned evenly along the width.

The trousers made up of legs, flap, waistband and pockets (upper and leg pockets).The bottoms will be overlocked, folded to the inside and overstitched. The left hand flap is formed with a false hem that is (45 ± 2) mm wide, with the free edges overlocked and a line of overstitching (30 ± 2) mm from the edge.The right hand flap is formed by a an extra piece of the same fabric, measuring (55 ± 5) mm wide, joined to the front by an overlocked seam.It has a waistband of double fabric, (40 ± 2) mm wide. It is joined to the trousers by a line of overstitching around its entire edge.The trousers has two side pockets. These pockets slanted and they will be reinforced at their ends by machine bar tacks. These two pockets is positioned below the hip line. They are superimposed on top of the side seams and attached around the edge by stitching.
