The product is only One size for protecting the combatant’s elbows. The design and measurements respond to that allow the user to wear it while running, crawling, in a shooting position and marching, without it moving or causing any injury to the wearer.
It is made up of the protection and the fastening system. The measurements of the elbow pad is 200mm high, with a width of 135mm.

The Semi-rigid outer protection we choiced high quality TPU material that can provide sufficient roughness and flexibility to the element in order to ensure that the user does not suffer any injury in this joint during instruction or fighting operations. It measures approximately 95mm high by 140mm wide.

The pad with cover is used to reduce any possible impacts to the user’s elbow generated by the activities performed by the combatant and it is positioned in between the semi-rigid outer protection and the elbow. The pad is inserted into a cover made from two pieces of fabric (outer and inner) joined together by a flat seam. In order to achieve the ergonomic shape of the protective cover, there are two darts on the outer part and a seam around its entire edge, both on the outer and on the inner side. These seams will aid the user’s elbow bending movements.

On the upper and lower part of the cover, there is a piece of velcro, hooked side, measuring 25mm high by 75mm long. We also use fasten system It is made up of two elastic tapes, an upper one and a lower one, positioned parallel and horizontally, of 40mm wide and 160mm long. At its end it has the looped side of a piece of velcromeasuring 25mm wide by 95mm long, sewn using a reinforced or bar tacked seam that will allow the elbow pad to be adjusted.
