Product Description
The belt total length is 130cm and width is 5.5cm, made from a single piece of webbing, with one of the ends finished off with a steel end toggle, which is used to regulate its length. It is a pressure type toggle, with claws or clamp for adjustment.The buckle and closure is made of blued steel.
The bracer is made up of serval parts, the middle part is a double triangular piece, with rounded points that join the front-back unit. And also have some tapes to joint with the belt.
The triangular piece measure (160 ± 5) mm along each side. On the back it is joined with a (25 ± 1) mm tape that has an adjustable buckle attached to it to adjust the length of the back strap. On this strap, on the lower part, there will be a piece sewn to it with a “French” type seam that will fasten the unit.
They also have two tapes that go over the shoulder, is sewn to the central part of the triangular piece and the padded fabric that form the shoulder straps, is inserted between the double triangular piece and fastened by a rivet in a colour matching the outer fabric. They are measured (500 ± 15) mm long by (50 ± 2) mm wide. A (25 ± 1) mm tape is joined to it with a metal rectangle and another one with an adjustable buckle. On the tape with the metal rectangle there will be another perpendicular tape measuring (25 ± 1) mm, which will be joined to the edge seams.
The tape that starts from the back of the triangular piece will have a useful length of (300 ± 10) mm and will be (25 ± 1) mm wide.It has a 20-22 mm elastic loop to gather the surplus material.
The end that is joined to the adjustable buckle will be hemmed to prevent the adjusting tapes of the belt from coming out of this; the other end will be joined to the belt adjusting tapes.
The tapes that are joined to the belt on the back part will be made from a single piece; the ends will be hemmed and they will have closures like the ones described on the attached design, (detail “A”). They will be joined to the back tape forming a “V” joining this at the point, with a strong “French” type seam, with a useful length of its free ends of (150 ± 10) mm.
All of textile fabric are 100% polyamide 6.6 , webbing and elastic band are polyester, they are strong enough and seams are strongly sewn with safety stitching.
