Product Description
The cap is an official cap style with curved peak for GUARDIA CIVIL in Spain, it with completely lined, with an inner band and at the front with foam filling to give it consistency. It is comprised of: headpiece, peak,and PVC plastic badge.
The headpiece is made up of upper and lower part, both of them are same heights. And also in side of it, there is a hard plastic plate material to keep the cap’s sharp.
Both upper and lower part are rectangular-shaped,made by whole piece fabric, both of them joined at center of front side by a flat, loaded seam.
The peak is curved, in a semi-circular shape. It has reinforcement inside it made of shaped plastic material, 2.5 mm thick and lined in main fabric. The peak is joined to the crown in such a way that it does not cause any discomfort to the user.
The sides are lined on their inside, with some pieces of lining with the same shape. The lining is attached to the sides on the lower area and at the upper and front areas it is sewn to the lining of the crown and to the front forming a bag. The crown is made from a single piece, oval-shaped at the back and arched at the front. It is completely lined on the inside. The lining has the same shape as the crown, but it is sewn to the pieces of the side and front linings, forming a bag, rather than to the crown.
