Product Description
The blanket length is 2.37-2.4m and width is 1.5m to 1.55m. The carry bag which height 34cm to 36cm, and diameter is 15cm to 16cm. The whole blanket with carry bag is less than 800g. It is very light and easy to take out for camping.
The style is included by a blanket and also a carrying bag.
It is formed by a layer of synthetic material four hole hollow fibre, covered on both sides by a camouflage fabric and a series of lengthwise wavy seams that join the three layers together. The blanket is rectangular-shaped, with the shorter sides slightly arched towards the outside and with rounded corners with a radius of (200 ± 20) mm.
It will have a side zip fastener with a separator and with sliders with automatic blocking, which allow it to be used either as a blanket or a sleeping bag.
There will be eight cords folded along their centres and fastened to the centre and corner edges, allowing the blanket to be fixed to branches or other elements.
The case is cylindrical-shaped and at the opening there is a hem, through which a cord with pressure toggle is pass.
We used stitch which must have four stitches per centimetre.
- The figures that make up the seams of the padding will be wavy, the maximum width of the wave will be 62 mm and the maximum distance between them will be 15 mm. Tensile strength of the seams of the cords around the perimeter to the blanket will be:Minimum 4 daN.
Our fabric for both of blanket and carrying bag are polyamide 6.6. The fabric with high color fastness,waterproof and special treatment as below:

Remission to infrared light
The remission to infrared lights between 800 and 1200 nm will be within the percentage ranges indicated below for each colour:

This requirement will be obtained by incorporating polyamide mass black carbon in suitable proportions.
Anti-bacterial treatment
