Thep cap is a semi-sports-type cap with curved peak, completely lined, with an inner band and front with foam filling to give it consistency. It is comprised of: headpiece, peak, regulating system and sweat band.

The headpiece is made up of front, sides and crown.

Front part is rectangular-shaped; slightly arched on its upper part and with a more prominent arch on its sides. It is finished off with a cord piping covered in main fabric and it is joined both to the crown and to the sides with a flat, loaded seam.
It has a piece of foam inside it to give greater consistency and it is completely lined. At the geometrical centre of the front piece, has emblem is heat-fused.

The cap has two side pieces with different heights. Both side pieces is end in an arch at the back to form a semi-circular window. The join between the crown and the sides is made by placing between the crown and the sides a piece of piped cord lined with the same main fabric.

The join between these sides is made with seams that are flat and loaded on both sides. To aid ventilation, centred on both sides, at 15 mm from the crown, two eyelets is placed, with a separation of 25 mm between them. The eyelets is made of glazed metal. The outer diameter measure 7 mm and the inner diameter is 5 mm.

On the lower part of the sides a 5 mm plastic strip will be sewn to give consistency and reinforcement to the sweatband.

The sides are lined on their inside, with some pieces of lining with the same shape. The lining is attached to the sides on the lower area and at the upper and front areas it is sewn to the lining of the crown and to the front forming a bag. The crown is made from a single piece, oval-shaped at the back and arched at the front. It is completely lined on the inside. The lining has the same shape as the crown, but it is sewn to the pieces of the side and front linings, forming a bag, rather than to the crown.

The peak is curved, in a semi-circular shape. It has reinforcement inside it made of shaped plastic material, 2.5 mm thick and lined in main fabric. The peak is joined to the crown in such a way that it does not cause any discomfort to the user.
