Product Description

The cap is a semi-sports-type cap with curved peak, an inner band and front with foam filling to give it consistency. It is comprised of: headpiece, peak, and sweat band.

The headpiece is made up of two sides and crown.The join between both of sides made with seams that are flat and loaded at center of front area. To aid ventilation, centred on both sides, at 15 mm from the crown, two eyelets are placed, with a separation of 25 mm between them. The eyelets are made of glazed metal. The outer diameter measure 7 mm and the inner diameter is 5 mm.

Back side part used elastic band to adjust according to different people. There are three sizes for this style.

On the lower part of the sides there is a 5 mm plastic strip is sewn to give consistency and reinforcement to the sweatband.

The sides are lined on their inside, with some pieces of interlining with the same shape. The lining is attached to the sides on the lower area and at the upper and front areas it is sewn to the lining of the crown and to the front forming a bag. The crown is made from a single piece, oval-shaped at the back and arched at the front. It is no lining on the inside. The peak is curved, in a semi-circular shape. It has reinforcement inside it made of shaped plastic material, 2.5 mm thick and lined in main fabric. The peak is joined to the crown in such a way that it does not cause any discomfort to the user.

The fabric is camouflage rip-stop fabric, has strong strength, with UV（UPF 50+), anti-bacterial treatment, and also IR treatment as military requirement etc.
